Free Community Mat Class

Temporarily Paused - But We’ll Be Back!

This free, weekly class is an all-ages, all-levels, pilates-based mash-up of classical Pilates mat work, yoga, konnections band work (if you have one), pranayama, and whatever else is literally moving me at the time. A mat and two yoga blocks would be great to have (two fresh rolls of paper towels are great yoga block substitutes). A theraband, a konnections theraband (again, if you have one), a small ball and any other props you have lying around may also come in handy. But mostly it’s just us and gravity.
