Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Mat

If you have done any Pilates work before, all of this should look friendly and familiar. But if you are new to pilates, please know all of this is completely available to you right where you are in your movement journey! I love working with seasoned movers - dancers, athletes, riders, high school and college-age competitors, weekend warriors - but I also love working with beginners. Beginners take me back to the foundations - and that’s great work! First you walk, then you fly!

All backgrounds, levels, abilities, and affinities are welcomed here.

The studio boasts two reformers (one of which is a Konnector reformer - please see the “Konnector” page for more about that magical experience!), a Cadillac, a wunda chair, a ladder barrel, oodles of props, and lots of space to move.

I teach privates, duets, and mat classes, all in-person or virtually (please see the virtual classes page for some online craziness). Virtual classes can be mat work with or without props, or equipment work if you are fortunate enough to have a reformer or any other pilates equipment at home.
